How to set up an account?

Please fill out our New Account Form as we can only supply products to Medical Professionals. Please go to our process page and you will find all the useful information there. You can also give us a call at  +1-800-566-4530 and we will assist you further.

How do I order?

You can just give us a call or email us and we will take care of it for you. You can also place your order through the website following the registration.

How soon can I receive my order?

We dispatch weekdays at 8:30am ET. All orders are shipped via fast and tracked delivery (2-5 days). We will always track your order for you to make sure all goes well and you receive it on time.

How to pay?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. 

For your security, we accept credit card details only over the phone. This ensures that your sensitive information is handled in the most secure manner possible. Please call your account manager or our main line number 800-566-4530 and our team will assist you. 

What is the shelf life of the products?

We guarantee the shelf life of all products we provide is a minimum of 1 year, but usually it is more.
If you have any further questions about the shelf life of a particular product, please contact your account manager and they will assist you further.
